Version effective as of July 30, 2025
Article 1 – General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the rights and obligations of the company Gripium and any individual Customer (consumer) in the context of the online sale of products offered on the website www.gripium.fr.
MB Management is a micro-enterprise registered in France, with its registered office at 59b Rue de la Hamonais, Betton 35830, identified under number 884 966 060.
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
Gripium sells overgrips for tennis, padel, and badminton, available in various models and thicknesses. Key product features are listed on each product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Gripium is committed to fulfilling orders subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed and refunded within 7 days.
Article 3 – Price
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes. VAT is applied at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer for any order under €40. Above this amount, delivery is free within mainland France.
Gripium reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 – Order
The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the basket. Before confirming their order, they are asked to check the summary, correct any errors, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Order validation constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same value as a handwritten signature.
Gripium reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, failure to pay, or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online, via secure methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal or other solutions offered when placing the order.
The charge is processed as soon as the payment is validated. If the bank declines the transaction, the order is automatically cancelled.
Gripium uses a PCI DSS certified secure payment platform, ensuring the encryption of bank data.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Average delivery times are 2 to 5 business days in France.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.
Gripium cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to contact@gripium.fr. Returns are at the Customer's expense and must be in new and unused condition.
Unsealed or personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 8 – Reimbursement
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. It will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the customer.
Gripium reserves the right to refuse a refund if the products are damaged or incomplete.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).
In case of defect, the Customer must contact Gripium with photo evidence and proof of purchase.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations. It is never resold.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify, erase and object by writing to contact@gripium.fr.
Article 11 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the Customer may resort to mediation (via AME CONSO) or bring the matter before the competent courts.
