Return policy

At Gripium , your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legislation.

1. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• To be unused and in its original condition
• Be in its original unopened packaging
• Please include proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. Return Procedure

Before returning a product, please contact us at the following address: contact@gripium.fr . We will then provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days .

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return concerns a defective product or one shipped in error.

4. Products not eligible for return

Cannot be returned:

• Unsealed or used products
• Personalized items
• Incomplete or damaged batches
