Return Policy

At Gripium, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its unopened original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • If the package is not collected from the relay point, resulting in an automatic return, delivery and return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer. Any refund will be issued minus these fees, or re-shipment may be offered at the customer's expense.

2. Return Procedure

Before returning a product, please contact us at the following address: contact@gripium.fr. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part or the product was defective upon receipt.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the product complies with the return conditions, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is for a defective product or a product shipped in error.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Unsealed or used products
  • Personalized items
  • Incomplete or altered sets
